An interesting data about the country are that the "captcha and re-captcha" was created by a Guatemalan, Luis von Ahn that later he also founded Duolingo a popular platform for language learning. Others renowned Guatemalan personalities are Miguel Ángel Asturias, Nobel Prize in Literature (1967), and Rigoberta Menchú, Nobel Peace Prize (1992).
Guatemala is also famous for its high-quality coffee and premium rum "Ron Zacapa", as well as jade jewellery, and handmade textiles.
